Recent Survey: 61% of Patients Skipped Appointment Due to Scheduling Hassles

A recent patient survey showed that 61% of patients have skipped a medical appointment due to convenience factors when scheduling their appointments.

This dovetails with previous surveys that have shown 96% of patient complaints have nothing to do with the quality of care, but rather cite “customer service” issues as their main frustration.

This highlights the importance of making scheduling as simple as possible.
