Yosi Health is looking to add a talented Demand Generation Manager to accelerate our company’s growth. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that is making healthcare smoother and more pleasant for patients of medical practices. If you are a demand generation expert who knows how to engage B2B healthcare buyers, that dives into solve problems rather than arranging meetings to study the situation and explores out-of-box ideas, then you may be the person to lead Yosi Health’s demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Funnel Growth
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content, SEO, webinars, social media, etc.) to drive new net leads into the marketing funnel.
- Identify and engage high-intent prospects through ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and targeted outreach.
- Design campaigns to target Yosi’s growth channels (EMR, Specialties, Org type, Region, Size etc).
- Optimize lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the funnel efficiently.
KPI Measurement & Performance Optimization
- Define, track, and analyze key demand generation metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Use data insights to optimize campaign performance, improve lead quality, and increase conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Implement A/B testing and experiment with new strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Competitive & Market Analysis
- Conduct competitive research to understand market trends, identify whitespace opportunities, and refine Yosi Health’s positioning.
- Analyze competitor messaging, content, and demand generation tactics to inform Yosi Health’s go-to-market approach.
- Monitor industry trends and prospect behaviors to proactively adjust marketing strategies.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff, scoring, and follow-up processes.
- Provide insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and opportunities to refine sales enablement efforts.
- Work cross-functionally to develop compelling assets (landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that resonate with target audiences.
Paid Media & Digital Growth
- Manage paid acquisition strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) to drive high-intent traffic and generate leads at an efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Optimize SEO and content syndication strategies to increase organic inbound leads.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of driving net new leads and building full-funnel demand generation strategies.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM tools (Zoho).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and KPI tracking.
- Experience managing paid acquisition channels, SEO, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Strong competitive analysis skills—ability to research competitors and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, product marketing, and customer success teams.
