Role Overview
Yosi is seeking a technical, execution-focused Product Manager to own and evolve key components of our patient engagement platform. This role sits at the intersection of business, engineering, and healthcare workflows, and requires strong experience delivering B2B2C SaaS products in a globally distributed delivery model.
You will partner closely with engineering teams (onshore and offshore), solution architecture, customer-facing teams, and leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable, secure, and highly integrated product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned product areas within Yosi’s patient engagement platform.
  • Translate customer, market, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Work daily with engineering teams across onshore and offshore (India-based) locations to drive execution.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to design API-driven, integration-heavy solutions.
  • Ensure product capabilities align with B2B2C workflows involving healthcare providers, staff, and patients.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to support go-to-market and customer adoption.
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and operational data to guide prioritization.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare standards (HIPAA familiarity strongly preferred).

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B2C SaaS environment.
  • Direct experience working on a patient engagement platform or healthcare SaaS product.
  • Experience at a Yosi competitor is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience working in an Onshore <> Offshore delivery model, including collaboration with India-based engineering teams.
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in APIs and API-first product design.
  • Hands-on experience with data flows and system integrations.
  • Experience working with third-party platform integrations.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Technically fluent, able to confidently discuss APIs, integrations, and architecture trade-offs.
  • Experienced in healthcare or patient engagement platforms, not learning the domain for the first time.
  • Comfortable operating in a globally distributed team model, including overlapping time zones and offshore delivery.
  • Execution-driven, with a bias toward shipping value while managing real-world constraints.
  • Able to balance customer needs, regulatory considerations, and technical realities.
  • Collaborative, clear, and decisive in cross-functional environments.
