Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling meetings for the sales team, lead generation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and business development. The role involves working directly with Sales, Marketing Executives, and Data Team executives to drive sales growth through new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Yosi Health’s solutions.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations to establish and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and enhance the overall lead qualification process.
- Work towards and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Qualifications
- 2+ years Sales Experience
- Lead Generation and Business Development experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in a customer-focused, technology-driven environment
