Hari Prasad
CEO and Co-Founder
Hari Prasad is a healthcare entrepreneur who is developing new, impactful ways to streamline and modernize every touchpoint along the patient care journey.
Most notably, Hari is co-founder and CEO of Yosi Health, a patient intake management platform that connects patients with their providers through the entire care journey before, during and after the visit creating delightful patient experiences.
With a broad and extensive background in healthcare economics, data science and policy, Hari brings an entrepreneurial spirit, energy, and bottom-line focus to each of his healthcare management initiatives.
An experienced healthcare professional with a diverse payer/provider background, Hari’s made it a mission to transform and modernize the way patients access care and healthcare providers render their services.
He has previously held management roles at Montefiore Medical Center, Amerigroup, and United Healthcare.
Doug Ciarelli
VP of Business Development
Doug Ciarelli is a pioneer in digital patient engagement. Working exclusively in successful startup’s for over 20 years, he has a passion for common-sense, cutting-edge, workflow solutions.
Realizing that the quality of care is significantly impacted throughout the care continuum, Doug combines his boots-on-the-ground experience and obsession with leveraging technology to build efficient, easy-to-use, comprehensive, workflow solutions. As important as improving the overall healthcare ecosystem, the products must also provide a great medical staff and patient experience. He believes the two are synonymous with a truly successful wholistic solution.
Having been a founding member of the market leader, Phreesia, Doug continues to meet with all levels of executive, medical, and support staff to continuously understand the actual needs of the ever changing, complex, healthcare landscape. He also continues to seek out and work with synergetic companies with supporting core competencies that will ultimately weave together solutions that positively impact areas of the healthcare space that need the most improvement.
Doug received his degree in Art History from Bard College. Having lived in NYC for over 20 years, he is currently adjusting to country life in the Catskills adapting to the often-terrifying sounds emanating from the forest.
Ilangovan Murugesan
VP of Technology
Ilangovan Murugesan is a serial entrepreneur. He has successful exits from two startups prior to joining Yosi as its first hire.
Ilango is passionate about technology and has a zest to create product that the market wants. When he learned about how far healthcare was behind in terms of technology, he couldn’t resist but wanted to revolutionize the health tech industry. His experience managing product development teams in onsite offshore model, process and performance-oriented approach, and his desire to solve problems, make him an asset to any organization.
Ilango graduated from Willamette University, Oregon with a degree in MBA – quantitative analysis. He loves New York City and calls himself a city rat.
Priya Ramesh
Operations Manager
Priya Ramesh is an Operations and Customer Service Specialist with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Her decade long experience working in the technology, operations, and customer service verticals gives her a unique perspective of the respective challenges. Coupled with a customer first attitude, this enables her to design effective strategies improving operational efficiency with available resources for every situation. Coming from IBM, she also understands the dynamics of working for a large corporation and brings an enterprise view. She joined Yosi Health in 2017 and since then has been an integral part of the team, leading the implementation process and customer service.
Priya is an engineer specialized in information technology systems. Priya loves to travel and is an animal lover. Her favorite spot is the New York Public Library, being an avid reader.
Dr. Jonathan Feistmann
Board Member, Advisor
Jonathan is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon. Dr. Feistmann completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Florida and completed his retina fellowship training at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He has been passionate about improving patient experience using cutting edge technology. Dr. Feistmann has served as assistant professor of ophthalmology at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, adjunct assistant professor at University of Utah and, prior to returning to New York, was the clinical director of the retina service at the University of Florida.
Sathish Gururajan
Board Member, Advisor
Sathish has over 15 years’ experience in building secure IT infrastructure. His previous stints include IBM, Intel, Sony, and JPMorgan Chase where he was responsible for developing their secure platforms. He has a master’s in software engineering. He is responsible for ensuring that Yosi’s platform is secure and HIPAA-compliant.
Dr. Tal Raviv
Advisor
Tal is a nationally recognized thought leader in ophthalmology and health IT. He writes on health tech in medical publications and blogs and is continually invited to speak at national meetings. He is passionate about intuitive, yet powerful tech for healthcare. Magna cum laude graduate from Brown University, Dr. Raviv founded and is Medical Director of the Eye Center of New York, a leading ophthalmic surgery practice in New York City. Dr. Raviv has been honored as a SUPERDOCTOR (2009 – 2014), holds the Patient Choice Award (2012 – 2014), and has been honored as one of Best Doctors in America® (2011 – 2014).
