Lori Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specializing in helping organizations adopt and optimize EMR systems and solutions. With a strong background in analytics, finance, and customer management, she is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline operations, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance patient care.

Prior to joining Yosi, Lori served as a Director at Henry Schein’s MicroMD EMR system, where she successfully sold, onboarded, and supported over 60 practices on the Yosi platform. Her deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the Yosi platform positions her as a valuable partner to customers, guiding them to maximize efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve provider and patient experiences.

At Yosi, Lori leads the Customer Success team with a focus on building and executing a comprehensive strategy that ensures long-term value and strong partnerships with our clients.

Outside of work, Lori earned her degree in Education from the University of Central Florida, is a proud Florida State fan, and lives in Ormond Beach, Florida, with her husband Tim. She is also a proud mother to two daughters, one a healthcare executive and the other a Physician Assistant, who share her passion for improving patients’ lives.
